Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary:
As an Jr. Executive (Proof Reader) of product design & development (Offset Printing), you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying printed materials to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to client’s technical specifications. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our printing processes, ensuring that final outputs meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proofreading: Review printed proofs for spelling, grammar, and typographical errors. Ensure that all text and images are correctly placed and formatted.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of printed materials, checking for color accuracy, registration, and overall print quality.
- Client Specifications: Ensure that proofs align with client’s technical specifications and requirements, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the production team, graphic designers, and clients to address any issues or concerns related to proofs and printing.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of proofs, revisions, and approvals. Document any discrepancies and communicate them to relevant parties.
- Press Checks: Assist in press checks when necessary, providing feedback on print quality and adherence to specifications.
- Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to improve future proofing and printing processes.
