∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a talented and dynamic individual to handle/monitor the flow of money on a day-to-day basis and update accounts accordingly. Also, the candidate needs to be capable of strategizing money flow as well as managing company assets and liability as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update Accounts Regularly.
∎ Update Payment Receipts as per daily need basis.
∎ Send Payment Receipt to Client after every Payment Clearance.
∎ Follow Up Clients for Due Bill Clearance.
∎ Update Clients' Due Bill Clearance Once Due Bill has been cleared.
∎ Follow up Employees with Payment Dues to the company each month.
∎ Clear Vendor Payments as per Purchase Requirements.
∎ Petty Cash Management.
∎ Supply & manage daily of?ce necessaries.
∎ Visit banks for cheque and cash related company requirement.
∎ Support others department if required.
∎ Travel to other branches and outside of Dhaka during needful of company events.
∎ Maintain liaison with the account representatives of the other affliated companies.
∎ Any other work assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical skills and details oriented.
∎ Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 22000 (Monthly)
∎ Lunch Allowance
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Provident fund
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 3
