∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job placement, TVET
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate and keep a record of the graduates from the VST and EST programs to track their progress and outcomes.
∎ Assist graduates in creating effective CVs and business profiles to enhance their job prospects.
∎ Help graduates in finding suitable employment opportunities by actively connecting them with potential employers.
∎ Plan and coordinate job fairs in their respective cities, creating opportunities for graduates to engage with employers directly.
∎ Collaborate with the team leader and deputy team leader to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing monitoring of the project's activities.
∎ Maintain regular communication with graduates to gather updated information and facilitate coordination meetings with management.
∎ Encourage and engage graduates to participate in training activities relevant to their field of expertise.
∎ Conduct regular visits to the community where the project is being implemented and provide reports on the progress of the work to management.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to the project, ensuring that all necessary information is properly recorded and organized.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of work experience in private sector development
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience as a job placement officer in a TVET project preferred
∎ Excellent technical knowledge in TVET and livelihood approaches
∎ Business fluent in English and Bangla (spoken and written) is mandatory
Salary: Negotiable
