Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any subject. If the candidate have any job placement experience then qualification will be relaxed

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He/She is responsible for verification and final enrollment of the participant (Trainees) of the assigned projects.
∎ He/She is responsible for job placement of the participant of the assigned projects.
∎ Communication & collaboration with job providing agencies & regular follow-up.
∎ After successful completion of training, connecting with employers for wage base job.
∎ Contact and communicate with MFIs and Banks for self employment of youth.
∎ Prepared all necessary reports and documents on Enrollment and Job placement.
∎ S/he ensures formation and activation of Youth Skills and Employment Forum
∎ Contribute to overall goal & objectives of ESDO
∎ Contribute to the development, review and apply of organizational policies and raise issues connected with the Line Managements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years in managerial working experience on TVET & Job Placement for youth
∎ Knowledge and understanding of capacity development & Training
∎ Knowledge and clear understanding on Basic Workforce Development Standards of Bangladesh.
∎ Clear Understanding on different trade course management, existing Training providing agencies
∎ Must be familiar with Job market and employer group
∎ Presentation Skills
∎ Good communicator
∎ Good in writing both in Bangla and English
∎ Good in operating MS Office, monitoring software, internet etc.
∎ Good Negotiation Skills.
∎ Valid driving license added extra value.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per organization design.
