∎ Prior experience in IT equipment maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; consideration will be given to highly experienced candidates.
∎ Basic understanding of network cables and hardware maintenance.
∎ Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Clean and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors, smart boards, UPS, photocopiers, CCTV systems, surveillance cameras, and rack cabinets.
∎ Conduct routine network cable maintenance and troubleshooting.
∎ Ensure all IT equipment is in good working condition.
∎ Assist with basic troubleshooting and reporting of hardware issues.
∎ Support the overall smooth functioning of the school's IT infrastructure.
