Job Context:
∎ Eco-Social Development Organization (ESDO) started its journey in 1988 with a noble vision to stand in solidarity with the poor and marginalized. Being a peoples` centered organization, ESDO envisioned for a society which will be free from inequality and injustice, a society where no child will cry from hunger and no life will be ruined by poverty. Near about three decades of relentless efforts to make this happen, ESDO has embraced new grounds and opened up new horizons to help the disadvantaged and vulnerable people to bring meaningful and lasting changes in their lives. During this long span, ESDO has adapted with the changing situation and provided the most time-bound services especially for the poor and disadvantaged. A community focused and people centered approach has been adapted by ESDO while consideration was given to the national policy and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as its guiding principle. ESDO is one of the most dynamic organizations expanding its development interventions across 331 upazilas under 54 districts of Bangladesh covering over 10 million poor and vulnerable people.

∎ As partnership with Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, ESDO is implementing the Shasthyo Surokhsha Karmasuchi (SSK) in Lalmonirhat District. ESDO is inviting applications from interested qualified candidates for the position.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ He will work under IT Manager and help him for proper MIS system management.
∎ He will be responsible for data entry, data compilation, data editing and data cleaning.
∎ Making creative Graphics Designing, Video Editing. Create materials by using technology, including computer software programs - Adobe's Creative Suite.
∎ Installing, configuring, and maintaining PC, laptops, UPS, printers, Projector, IP PABX, IP surveillance, and others.
∎ Responsible for the smooth operation of computer hardware, operating systems & applications.
∎ Familiar with windows, Mac and Linux operating systems in different versions.
∎ Providing constant support instructed by the management.
∎ Install and configure hardware and software systems, including servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
∎ Ensure that all hardware and software systems are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
∎ Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
∎ Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
∎ Implement security protocols to protect company data and assets, including firewalls, anti-virus software, and backup systems.
∎ Monitor system performance and identify potential issues and bottlenecks.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to identify IT-related needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
∎ Manage the company's IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses.
∎ Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends and make recommendations for improving the company's IT infrastructure.
∎ Provide training to users on IT systems and software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience Candidates with prior work experience with government projects will be preferred.
∎ Skills Required Graphic Design, Video Editing, Motion Design, Computer Troubleshooting, MS Office.
∎ Proven experience as an IT Officer or similar role.
∎ Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
∎ Experience with networking and security protocols, including LAN, WAN, firewalls, and anti-virus software.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
∎ Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
∎ Experience with Microsoft Office, Windows, and Mac OS.
Salary: Tk. 32300 (Monthly)
