Job Title: Digital Marketing & Management

Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence and drive growth. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and services. The ideal candidate has a "test and learn" mindset, a deep understanding of the current digital landscape, and the ability to manage both people and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.

  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns to maintain a high level of brand awareness.

  • Performance Monitoring: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Content & Creative: Coordinate with internal teams or external agencies to create engaging text, image, and video content for various social media platforms.

  • Market Analysis: Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on those insights.

  • Budget Oversight: Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget across channels to ensure maximum efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications-

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising.

Technical Proficiency: Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).

Ad Platforms: Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

SEO/SEM: Strong understanding of search engine optimization and search engine marketing tactics.

Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and project management skills; ability to communicate complex data into actionable insights.

Education: Computer Diploma/BBA/ BS/MS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
