• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Diploma in Computer

1. Candidates with certifications like CCNA, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure/Office 365 will get preference.

2. Training on Hardware Maintenance, Networking, or Cybersecurity is an added advantage.

3. Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability.

4. Willingness to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

5. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

1. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

2. Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

3. Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues (on-site & remote).

4. Please ensure data security, backups, and proper access control.

5. Maintain and update IT documentation (licenses, assets, user accounts).

6. Assist in implementing new technology solutions as required.

7. Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and services.

8. Support management in IT planning and strategy.

9. Support inventory entry in ERP.
