Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Everest IT is one of the fastest-growing EdTech platforms in Bangladesh, offering career-focused NSDA (National Skill Development Authority) certified courses, including but not limited to Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, and Video Editing.We are on a mission to help students build practical skills and earn government-approved certifications to launch successful freelancing and digital careers.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Call and follow-up with students who registered for Merit Test/ Free Masterclass or showed interest in paid courses.
∎ Explain features and benefits of NSDA certified courses (e.g., Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Video Editing, and other skill-based certifications).
∎ Convert potential leads into paid or scholarship-based enrolled students.
∎ Maintain proper communication via call, WhatsApp, Messenger, and Email.Keep records of calls, updates, and leads in Google Sheets or CRM.
∎ Collaborate with marketing & training teams to ensure smooth admission operations.
∎ Meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
