Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Channel Development: Identify, onboard, and manage IT channel partners (distributors, resellers, retailers) to expand market reach.
∎ 2. Channel Management: Build strong relationships with existing partners to drive sales growth and ensure brand loyalty.
∎ 3.Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing channel partners and ensuring optimal product availability.
∎ 4.Market Expansion: Explore new business opportunities by identifying untapped markets and potential partners.
∎ 5.Business Growth: Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and industry trends.
∎ 6.CRM Support: Coordinate with CRM team for in time credit collection and address partner queries and resolve issues to ensure smooth business operations.
∎ 7.Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized campaigns for partner engagement.
∎ 8.Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and partner performance.
∎ 9.Coordination with Internal Teams: Liaise with the PM team to align branch strategies with branch business goals.
