Job Context:
∎ Partners in Health and Development (PHD) is a national development organization in Bangladesh that has been working in the public health sector over 32 years and currently implementing different projects in 22 districts. PHD intends to hire competent IT and Logistic Support Officer for "Health and Gender Support for Cox`s Bazar District (HGS-CXB)".
∎ Job objective: To ensure the quality program implementation by IT and Logistic Support for smooth implementation of the project.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep computer systems of PHD's Cox's bazar as well as field office running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
∎ Monitor and maintain Computer systems and networks regularly.
∎ Talk with CHWs and other staffs either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues related to tab.
∎ In troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults and replace parts as required.
∎ Support the roll-out of new applications.
∎ Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
∎ Organize and conduct training of MIS for CHWs and FC in rotation in every week.
∎ Rapidly establish a good working relationship and provide support with the e- MIS working group of Cox's Bazar
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ 1 years of working experience in relevant field
∎ Technical knowledge and experience in implementation of gender and disability sensitive approaches
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure. Stays open to internal and external feedback
Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
