Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
∎ Candidates with bachelor's degree from reputed universities in computer science, software engineering, information technology, computer engineering, and electronic and communication engineering technology are highly preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Adaptability, Leadership, Microsoft Office Applications
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CCTV Camera Install, CyberSecurity, Data center, Data Network, Fiber Optical Cable, IT Electronic Security, software support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Computer Hardware/Network Companies, IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design solutions, create projects for security IP devices and systems, develop custom solutions, and perform preventive maintenance to systems.
∎ Provide hardware/software auditing to IT devices on site (including DC, TC, Cabinets, IT Infra, IP Security etc.).
∎ Perform primary analysis for incidents and requests.
∎ Support customer for various levels of IT support, in site/guidance and new installations, or Projects.
∎ Minor and Major New Installations, including corrective maintenance to Data Network and Security IP Devices.
∎ Install new data network and security IP devices.
∎ Implement global IT projects in local sites.
∎ Plan and lead IT projects, and support software auditing processes.
∎ Propose and implement Continues Improvements initiative.
∎ Gather all required information and assist any support for software auditing and business processes.
∎ Maintain assets for software support, current apps or technology for auditing process.
∎ Define budget entries for projects and maintenance.
∎ Supervise/Audit the proper utilization of IT equipment in the site.
∎ Create and execute IT SOPs on demand to accomplish auditing requirements.
∎ Design solutions according to audit and cybersecurity standards.

∎ Ability to manage multiple priorities.
∎ English verbal and written skills.
∎ Capable of keeping sensitive information confidential.
