Job Context:
∎ `Golden Sky Footwear Limited` is a Bangladesh - China Joint Venture industrial unit for Footwear manufacturing for 100% export. We are looking for the following personnel to join with our team with immediate appointment.
∎ Report To: Head of Finance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and maintain Store Purchase Requisition (SPR), BIN Cards, Stock Register
∎ To ensure accurate recording of daily materials, spare parts, accessories movements
∎ To ensure all stock items are recorded by First-In-First-Out method (FIFO)
∎ Check the issuance of different items as per requisition and conduct reconciliation
∎ To ensure preparation of MRR & MRN on time
∎ Maintain individual ledger of all items of Raw Materials, Spares and Stocks I
∎ Maintain monthly inventory and reconciliation statements for management
∎ To ensure warehouse are safe, neat and clean
∎ To update all stock and stores data entry thru ERP / Tally inventory module
∎ To perform any other tasks when assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ At least 2 - 3 years practical experience with a reputed organization.
∎ Computer Literacy is essential and Tally software based working experience will advantages
Salary:
