• Provide accurate and timely counselling to students on Australian universities, courses, and career pathways.

• Prepare and submit student visa documentation, ensuring compliance with Australian immigration requirements.

• Handle complete university admission processes, including document verification and application submission.

• Conduct workshops and information sessions for prospective students and parents.

• Teach or coordinate IELTS preparation classes for students.

• Prepare and submit GST returns and maintain financial compliance records.

• Supervise team members, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to achieve departmental goals.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract and engage prospective students.

• Research and analyze trends in international education, visa policies, and student recruitment.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner universities and education agents.

• Prepare periodic performance and progress reports for management review.

• Ensure client satisfaction through follow-up communication and problem resolution.
