Responsibilities & Context:
Provide accurate and timely counselling to students on Australian universities, courses, and career pathways.
Prepare and submit student visa documentation, ensuring compliance with Australian immigration requirements.
Handle complete university admission processes, including document verification and application submission.
Conduct workshops and information sessions for prospective students and parents.
Teach or coordinate IELTS preparation classes for students.
Prepare and submit GST returns and maintain financial compliance records.
Supervise team members, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to achieve departmental goals.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract and engage prospective students.
Research and analyze trends in international education, visa policies, and student recruitment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner universities and education agents.
Prepare periodic performance and progress reports for management review.
Ensure client satisfaction through follow-up communication and problem resolution.
