• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
• University of Dhaka,IBA, Dhaka University,North South University,BRAC University students will get preference
• Preferred Professional Certification: ACCA

• 2 to 5 years

7. Able to move frequently to the clients, phone calls to the client and able to credit control.

WhatsOn Media is looking for an enthusiastic and talented International Credit Controller for its BD Office.

We are looking for enthusiastic & talented International Credit Controller Executive to handle credit collection, assessments, decisions and terms and conditions in the UK.

1. Office time 12PM to 8PM Monday-Friday
2. International phone calls for credit controlling over phone
3. The successful candidate will possess strong critical thinking and decision making skills. Your work will play a major role in maximizing revenue and mitigating credit risk.
4. The ideal candidate will be excited to collaborate with our sales and marketing departments to implement an effective credit control system and resolve loan issues.
5. Candidate must have experience interacting and working with customers to ensure their needs are met and their credit fits in with the current risk portfolio.
6. The candidate should be prepared to provide financial reporting, obtain feedback and make appropriate improvements.
7. The candidate will check customers credit and approve or deny applications based on company standards and requirements.
8. Negotiate payment plans with customers and set up payment policy, terms and conditions.
9. Ensure customers pay on time and chase any overdue invoices.
10. Develop the credit control system in collaboration with sales, marketing and finance.
11. Improve and implement debt collection processes when there’s any overdue invoices or payments and initiate legal procedures if necessary.
12. You have to collect payment over the phone from UK customers in ENGLISH and so your English skills should be very good.
13. Candidates must have the experience of making outbound and inbound calls.
14. Help with business operations as needed.
15. Developing WhatsOn and maintaining an optimum level of income for the company by leasing with clients, through emails, letters & telephone, encourage prompt payment.
16. Other tasks include: Bank reconciliation, Budgeting, Bookkeeping, Cash flow, Credit control, Invoicing, Order processing, Payroll & VAT returns
