Additional Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role

  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

  • Experience with setting up and optimizing social media, in Google Adwords and email campaigns

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • Demonstrable skills and experience in creative content writing

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical, data-driven thinking and project management skills

  • Build strong clients relationships through social media interaction

Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer and SEO Expert to manage the planning, execution, optimization, and sales of our online marketing. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours. The ideal candidate should have a passion for all things marketing, growth, and technology. You should be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing, tech-savvy, and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sell digital products and services

  • Cultivate and maintain partnerships with media vendors and agencies

  • Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence across all digital channels

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In etc.)

  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

  • Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media, and blogs)

  • Research products, services, and current strategies to identify new opportunities

  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence

  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

  • Utilize strong analytical data-driven ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

  • Evaluate emerging technologies

  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

  • Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness

  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising

  • Maintaining our social media presence

  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

  • Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with the client
