Job Context:
∎ Urgently we are in need for a International Communication, Admission & Visa Executive, who is able to process admission for students in abroad, also have to be experienced in student visa application.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Kha-27,Kuril,Progati Sharani,Vatara,Dhaka-1229) West Side of Jamuna Future Park
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with Schools, Colleges, Universities to collect information and process admissions along with information of Registration fees, Tuition fees.
∎ Assessing applications according to our eligibility criteria
∎ Accepting and filtering student applications
∎ Providing consultations with prospective students when requested
∎ Referring prospective students to specific program, subjects directors for additional information (when needed)
∎ Processing student registration and payment method
∎ Communicate with applicants about their application status, including acceptance/rejection
∎ Specially have to do students visa application much.
∎ Process all passport and visa forms received on a daily basis.
∎ Check all details and print off relevant forms required to complete the process for the embassy.
∎ Acknowledge and scan and log all passports received.
∎ Run reports within the system for operations and finance to assist with the visa process.

∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Overseas Admission, Student Admission, Student File Processing, Student Visa Processing
Salary: Negotiable
