Responsibilities & Context:
Make outbound calls to customers across the USA, handling a variety of topics in line with established communication scripts.
Understand customer needs, clarify details, and thoroughly research issues to provide effective solutions or suitable alternatives.
Promote and sell services/products over the phone following company guidelines and sales processes.
Accurately document all customer interactions in the call center database in a clear and organized manner.
Consistently achieve individual and team performance targets, both qualitative and quantitative.
