∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Internal Auditing, Risk Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out risk-based internal audits in different locations i.e. retail branch, warehouse, service center, Dealer shop & factory to ensure the company meets its financial, operational, and compliance objectives.
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practices.
∎ Submit timely audit reports in accordance with internal audit standards and local & international best practices
∎ Prepare monthly exposure statements and quarterly audit summaries.
∎ Independently lead other engagements in the assigned area as per requirements
∎ Cooperate and assist with the corporate audit team
∎ Report on defective products and make recommendations to mitigate risk and add value
∎ Play an active role in the maintenance and review of policies and procedures, including ensuring they are up to date with all legislation and best practices
∎ Communicate with the court on legal procedure and produce evidence, and reports as per the requirements required
∎ Maintain code of ethics and code of conduct properly during engagement
∎ Attend annual inventory counting, disposal program, Verification of all types of bills, special investigation, etc.
∎ Active participation in the inquiry committee designed by management
