Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidates should have M. Com / MBA (Accounting) or related field from any reputed University with CA-CC.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and compliance with Rules and regulations
∎ Identify the financial risk of the organization and offer recommendations to reduce risk.
∎ Identify accounting and financial record-keeping processes that can be improved
∎ Determine ways to cut costs and improve profitability
∎ Assess the efficiency and productivity of internal staff and make recommendations for improvement
∎ Present findings to upper management in the form of reports and presentations.
∎ Prepares audit finding memorandum and working papers to ensure adequate documentation exists to support the completed audit and recommendations.
∎ Performing the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
∎ Determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans.
∎ Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity.
∎ Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
∎ Submission of daily/weekly/monthly report to the Upper Management
∎ Participate in investigations, inspections and stock counts.
∎ Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation.
∎ Identify anomalies, wastage, cost reduction opportunities and overall business improvement opportunities.
∎ Preventing revenue thefts and revenue losses
∎ Conducting regular reviews and audits of the company's business activities
∎ Evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls
∎ Identifying and reporting on areas of weakness in internal controls and business practices
∎ Offering recommendations to manage risk, and encourage compliance with existing internal controls and external requirements
∎ Preparing an audit work program with a focus on the specific risks to be addressed
∎ Maintaining comprehensive work papers and audit trail
∎ Providing analysis that may lead to enhanced security and operational efficiencies
∎ Participate in market survey and cheaper ways of sourcing for key materials.
∎ Implementation of audit strategies/ programs for preventing and detecting fraud/ wastages.
∎ Responsible for all pre- and post- payment audit in all areas, including material procurement, facilities management expenditures, project/ construction expenditures, etc
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Additional education or experience may be preferred.
∎ Some fields may require additional certifications or licenses.
∎ Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
∎ The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Strong time management skills.
∎ Computer skills, especially MS Office and POS/CRM/BOSS software.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounts, Finance, VAT and Tax
∎ The applicants should have experience in the reputed organization.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge on Microsoft office specially advance word and excel.
