Education:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
- Bachelor's/Master's degrees in Accounting
- Professional certification as a CA/CCA/CIA/ACCA is mandatory. ( Part – Qualified)

Responsibilities & Context:
Financial Auditing & Management:
- Oversee and audit all financial transactions, including cash, card, and MFS handled by cash counter specialists.
- Ensure zero discrepancies between daily sales figures in the system and total daily sales collections through rigorous reconciliation and checks.
- Oversee ELC cash collection, coupon stock, OTP authorizations, POS/MFS settlements, and the approval of complimentary issuances.
Inventory & Asset Control:
- Monitor and manage branch inventory, ensuring zero discrepancies between physical stock and system balances.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, report on wastage, track expiry dates, and process stock requisitions.
- Oversee the sale of by-products or waste products and ensure the collection and deposit of all related sales proceeds.
- Monitor the daily change money including change money issuance to the counters, re collection, documentation and proper system inputs.
Supervision & Compliance:
- Ensure accountability for all cash and inventory issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain and oversee all cash and inventory functionalities within the branch.
