Job Context:
∎ `Golden Sky Footwear Limited` is a Bangladesh - China Joint Venture industrial unit for Footwear manufacturing for 100% export. We are looking for the following personnel to join with our team with immediate appointment.
∎ Report To: Head of Finance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform internal audit as per international and Bangladesh audit standards
∎ Plan and conduct continuous audit of all financial transaction & operational data
∎ Check and verify all types bills, vouchers, invoices, MRR, PO / WO
∎ Compare individual order / job item with quantity and value of imports and exports
∎ Check and verify all purchase requisition with respective heads of departments
∎ Prepare periodical internal audit reports on findings and observations for management
∎ Ensure compliance of company's rules and regulation at time of any transaction
∎ Evaluate all the approved standard policies and procedures
∎ Reconciliation of Stock and Raw Materials, Spares and Consumables
∎ Check and reconcile all HR Files and Leave Records periodically
∎ Execute any other task as assigned by the superior
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ At least 1-year practical experience with a reputed organization.
∎ Computer Literacy is essential. Tally software based working experience will add advantages
Salary:
