Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Interior Site Engineer to join our team and manage interior fit-out projects from execution to completion.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor interior fit-out works at site
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, designs and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams
Check measurements, materials, workmanship and quality standards
Prepare site progress reports and coordinate project schedules
Ensure proper execution of civil, ceiling, flooring, partition, painting, joinery and other interior works
Educational Requirements:
Diploma/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years
Experience in Interior Fit-Out / Construction Site Supervision
Additional Requirements:
Good knowledge of drawings, BOQ, measurements and site execution
Ability to coordinate and manage site workers and subcontractors
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
