Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team and work on residential and commercial interior projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop creative and functional interior design concepts
Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings and detailed drawings
Create 3D models and realistic interior renders
Select materials, finishes, colors, furniture and lighting
Coordinate with clients, site engineers, contractors and suppliers
Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation
Ensure projects are executed according to approved designs and drawings
Educational Requirements:
B.Arch/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or related field
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in Interior Design
Additional Requirements:
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray, Lumion, D5 or similar software
Good understanding of interior materials, finishes and construction details
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills
Portfolio is required
