Responsibilities & Context:
Interior Design & Fit-Out Division :
We are looking for an experienced, creative, and visionary Architect to lead our Interior Design & Fit-Out Division. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, design, technical, visualization, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Architecture and Interior Design team
Develop creative design concepts and project strategies
Review and approve 2D drawings, working drawings, 3D designs and presentations
Manage multiple residential and commercial interior projects
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and site teams
Ensure design quality, technical accuracy and timely project delivery
Review materials, finishes, BOQs and construction details
Lead 3D visualization, animation and architectural walkthrough presentations
Guide the team in creating high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs and presentation videos
Handle design-related issues and provide effective solutions during execution
Mentor architects, interior designers and visualization team members
Educational Requirements:
B.Arch / M.Arch from a Public University
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in Architecture and Interior Design
Strong experience in Interior Design, Fit-Out and Project Execution
Proven experience in 3D Visualization, Architectural Animation and Walkthrough
Additional Requirements:
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render or similar software
Excellent understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and construction details
Strong leadership, communication and client-handling skills
Ability to manage and guide a multidisciplinary design team
Strong portfolio of completed interior projects and 3D walkthrough/animation projects is required
