∎ Strong understanding of space planning, color psychology, user experience, and customer-centric design principles.
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, Revit, or other relevant tools.
∎ Practical knowledge of finishing materials, fire-rated products, lighting systems, and modular installations.
∎ Proven ability to deliver design packages under tight timelines, work collaboratively, and handle multiple sections of the project simultaneously.
∎ Ability to work cost-effectively, optimize vendor quotes, and manage quality control.
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing relevant commercial interior projects is mandatory.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the interior design vision of the shopping mall — ensuring a cohesive, premium, and modern visual identity across all internal zones.
∎ Design and oversee common areas, shop front facades, floor finishes, lobbies, corridors, restrooms, VIP lounges, staff areas, food courts, and kids’ zones.
∎ Collaborate with architects, MEP teams, and civil engineers to ensure designs are well-integrated with ongoing construction.
∎ Recommend and select materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, signage, and decorative elements — balancing aesthetics with durability and cost.
∎ Develop detailed drawings, BOQs, and 3D visualizations for internal presentations and approvals.
∎ Maintain strict budget control and propose value-engineered solutions without compromising design intent.
∎ Supervise on-site interior works, check execution quality, and ensure adherence to approved concepts and timelines.
∎ Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and fabricators, and assist in finalizing procurement selections.
∎ Ensure all work complies with safety, fire, accessibility, and local design regulations.
∎ Provide creative direction for the mall’s branding, ambiance lighting, way finding signage, and public furniture placements.
∎ We are constructing Bangladesh’s third-largest shopping mall, located at the center of Mirpur, Dhaka — a landmark commercial hub designed to transform the shopping experience. With over 1,500–2,000 shops, extensive public areas, and modern architectural design, we are now entering the interior finishing and detailing phase of development. To bring this vision to life, we are hiring a commercial Interior Designer with strong aesthetic sensibilities, project execution experience, and a sharp eye for cost-effective, quality finishes. Project Status: 60% Completed.
