Flixza Group, formally known as bagan group is looking for a creative and experienced Interior Designer to handle design and planning works across multiple business concerns. The candidate will be responsible for designing Residential Rooms, Office Spaces, Restaurants, Motor Shops, Agro/Pet Warehouses, Pet Shops, and overall residential building interior layouts.

The ideal candidate must have strong design sense, practical execution knowledge, and the ability to work on diverse projects under management direction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interior concepts for residential rooms and full residential buildings

• Create interior layouts for office spaces and corporate environments

• Plan and design restaurant interiors with functional and aesthetic considerations

• Design motor shop showrooms and workspace layouts

• Prepare interior designs for agro and pet warehouses ensuring proper space utilization

• Design pet shop interiors with focus on display, hygiene, and customer experience

• Develop 2D and 3D design layouts, drawings, and visual presentations

• Select materials, colors, furniture, lighting, and finishes

• Ensure design feasibility and coordinate with construction/implementation teams

• Visit project sites when required and supervise design execution

• Maintain project timelines and ensure timely delivery

• Work closely with management for approvals and modifications

• Ensure all designs align with company branding and business goals
