• Academic Responsibilities

  • Conduct both theoretical and practical classes in accordance with the approved syllabus and academic calendar.

  • Prepare lesson plans and semester plans at the beginning of each term, ensuring they align with the syllabus and institutional standards.

  • Submit lesson plans to the respective department head for review and approval.

  • Arrange clinical practices and internships for students as per departmental requirements.

• Student Guidance and Counseling

  • Coordinate, guide, and mentor students to achieve academic and professional excellence.

  • Motivate and counsel students to ensure a minimum of 85% class attendance and reduce dropout rates through continuous follow-up.

  • Counsel students and their parents/guardians on academic, behavioral, or personal issues whenever required.

• Institutional Activities

  • Organize and participate in various institutional programs such as rallies, awareness campaigns, medical camps, cultural programs, and debates.

  • Take initiatives and provide necessary support to uphold and enhance the image and reputation of the institution.

• Training and Development

  • Assist the department head and other senior officials in departmental and institutional development activities.

• Administrative Responsibilities

  • Maintain proper documentation of academic activities, attendance, and assessment records.

  • Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the department head or higher authority from time to time.

• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2
