Additional Requirements:
∎ Hands-on experience in mobile phone repair, including experience with a wide range of models and brands (Samsung, Apple, Xiaomi, etc.).
∎ A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in mobile phone repair, either in a repair shop or service center.
∎ Experience with common mobile issues such as screen replacements, charging port repairs, battery replacements, motherboard repairs, and software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop comprehensive lesson plans and training materials that cover mobile phone repair techniques, tools, and safety procedures.
∎ Create practical assignments and projects for students to gain hands-on experience in mobile phone repair.
∎ Update and improve course content to reflect new mobile technology, tools, and repair techniques.
∎ Deliver lectures on topics like mobile phone architecture, hardware components, software troubleshooting, and mobile operating systems (e.g., Android, iOS).
∎ Teach students how to use tools such as multimeters, soldering irons, and diagnostic equipment.
∎ Provide step-by-step demonstrations of mobile phone disassembly, component replacement, circuit repair, and reassembly.
∎ Offer personalized instruction and assistance to students in troubleshooting complex mobile phone issues.
∎ Guide students through practical repairs, ensuring they develop proficiency in diagnosing and fixing hardware and software problems.
∎ Answer questions and help students overcome challenges related to mobile phone repair techniques.
∎ Supervise students in the repair lab, ensuring they use tools and equipment correctly and safely.
∎ Ensure students adhere to safety standards, particularly when handling sensitive components like batteries and display screens.
∎ Maintain a clean and organized lab environment with functional repair equipment and sufficient spare parts.
∎ Design and conduct regular assessments, including practical exams, written tests, and troubleshooting exercises.
∎ Provide feedback on student performance and suggest areas for improvement.
∎ Grade assignments and projects based on technical accuracy and quality of repairs.
∎ Maintain records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile phone models, technologies, and repair techniques to incorporate into lessons.
∎ Attend workshops, training sessions, or trade shows to stay informed about emerging mobile technologies and repair tools.
∎ Incorporate new industry practices and technologies into the curriculum.
∎ Teach students how to communicate effectively with customers, handle customer queries, and provide recommendations for device repairs.
∎ Instruct students on how to handle customer devices responsibly, ensuring that the repairs are done professionally.
∎ Ensure that the repair lab is stocked with necessary tools, spare parts, and equipment for hands-on learning.
∎ Monitor the condition of tools and equipment, arranging for maintenance or replacements as needed.
