∎ • Eco-Social Development Organization (ESDO) is seeking dynamic, experienced, and enthusiastic Instructor- Computer Fundamentals & Graphic Design (Freelancing AI & video editor) to join our Youth Employability Project as Instructors in Computer Fundamentals & Graphic Design with specialization in Freelancing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Video Editing. The role is aimed at equipping underprivileged youth with modern digital skills to enhance their employability and income-generating potential.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Graphic design using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
∎ • Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on
∎ • Basic Computer literacy and Microsoft Office application.
∎ • Freelancing platforms (e.g., Fiverr, Upwork) including profile setup, bidding strategies, and service delivery
∎ • Fundamentals of AI tools applicable in creative industries (e.g., AI-generated content, image editing tools)
∎ • Video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, or DaVinci Resolve
∎ • Design and develop training materials, assignments, and evaluation tools
∎ • Provide mentorship and support to learners, guiding them through hands-on projects
∎ • Monitor trainee progress and adapt training methods as needed
∎ • Encourage and assist trainees to create portfolios and establish online freelancing profiles
∎ • Submit regular progress reports to the Project Coordinator
∎ • Participate in team meetings, training updates, and feedback sessions
