• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in agile project management, facilitation techniques, ideation processes, co-creation, and participatory formats.

• 5 years of professional experience in Design Thinking practices, project management, and development cooperation projects.

• Support the Team Leader in achieving contract goals and project deliverables.

• Provide expertise on agile project management, facilitation, ideation processes, and co-creation formats.

• Deliver technical training and mentoring on co-creation methods, conflict resolution, and process facilitation.

• Conduct iterative reviews and adapt training methodologies based on feedback from the Team and stakeholders.

• Facilitate capacity development workshops and coaching sessions for municipal administration staff.

• Organize, facilitate, and moderate project events and workshops.

• Provide guidance to teams on assignment-specific challenges, applying innovative problem-solving methods to ensure the achievement of project objectives.
