About the Role

USA Xplorer is looking for a detail-oriented Information Designer / Document Designer with a strong visual sense to create clear, well-structured, and visually appealing documents. This role focuses on organizing information through effective layout, typography, and formatting to ensure documents are easy to read, professional, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and format professional documents including reports, proposals, presentations, and internal materials

• Structure content using appropriate headings, subheadings, margins, spacing, and font styles

• Improve document readability and visual flow without altering content meaning

• Apply consistent formatting standards and visual guidelines across all documents

• Enhance documents to make them visually impressive and easy to understand

• Collaborate with content, accounts, and operations teams to organize information effectively

• Review and refine documents for clarity, alignment, and presentation quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong visual eye for layout, typography, and document structure

• Ability to format documents to improve readability and presentation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and similar tools

• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Canva is an added advantage

• High attention to detail and good organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple documents and meet deadlines

• Ability to work during night shift hours (10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in document design, information design, or layout-focused roles
