Job Context:
∎ The Centre for Disability in Development (CDD) is a not for profit organization established in 1996 to develop a more inclusive society for persons with disabilities. CDD simultaneously builds technical capacities of the development stakeholders and the communities in how to be more inclusive whilst also enabling persons with a disability to participate in society by strengthening their leadership and providing them with essential rehabilitation and other supports.
∎ CDD is one of the most renowned organizations in the field of disability-inclusive development. CDD`s work in Bangladesh is supported by international and national donor agencies/development partners. CDD offers an inclusive, amicable, and respectable work environment.
∎ The Ramon Magsaysay Award (Asian version of the Noble prize) has been awarded to its Executive Director in 2010. In 2018, CDD was recognized by the Government of Bangladesh as one of the best organizations working on disability and development issues.
∎ Since November 2017, CDD in partnership with CBM is implementing Humanitarian Response for Rohingya Crisis: Access to Rehabilitation and Disability Mainstreaming` project in Ukhia, Cox`s Bazar. As per operational strategy 2020-22, the current key activities of the response consist of (1) the provision of multidisciplinary rehabilitation services, (2) running of a Therapy Corner to provide rehabilitation and other related services for the Children with severe impairments, and (3) technical support to mainstream organizations, advocacy with sectors to include persons with disabilities in the humanitarian action.CDD Office is now accepting applications for Inclusive Feedback & Response Mechanism (IFRM) Officer. Reporting to MEAL Officer, dotted with Program Operations Manager and be responsible to the Focal - Rohingya Response, under the overall management of the Director and Executive Director of CDD.
∎ Contract Duration: July 2022 to December 2022, high possibility to extend (subject to Fund availability and NGO Affairs Bureau Approval). A One & half months performance objectives will be agreed, and on successful achievement of 1.5-months performance objectives, the contract will be continued.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect feedback & response from the project participants by using CBM-CDD Inclusive Feedback & Response Mechanism in regular basis following CDD's policy
∎ Analysis the data/feedback and generate report on that.
∎ Periodically conduct Focus Group Discussions, Survey & Key Informative Interview for collecting feedback about the services & other activities of the program
∎ Support beneficiaries by providing information regarding their right to be consulted, make complaints and provide feedback to CDD
∎ Follow up on outstanding beneficiary feedback with relevant departments and beneficiaries
∎ Conduct AAP sessions including accountability assessment and learning sessions
∎ When necessary, manage mobilizer team to conduct feedback sessions or other events like on-site distribution accountability
∎ Establish and keep liaison with CiC, SMS, and other partners/agencies including participation in the relevant workshops, meetings
∎ Contribute to the monthly, quarterly, and annual report generation in accordance with the prescribed format of CBM
∎ Preparation of case study and success story on a regular basis
∎ Ensure that all reports and documents are kept in safe place under lock and key
∎ Facilitated capacity building of community mobilizer/s by coaching, training and workshop
∎ Facilitate programs to promote convention of the rights of person with disability in the community
∎ Any other task within her/his area of work assigned by the supervisor as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer Operation: Excellent Skills on MS word, Excel and power point & designing info graphic
∎ Familiar with the Survey CTO/other online survey tools and methods of data collection
∎ Have knowledge on Disability & Rights of People with Disabilities
∎ Excellent coordination capacity with individuals, community group representatives, NGOs, and government officials
∎ Familiarity with protection issues especially on PSEA model, gender & Inclusion and accountability to affected persons programming
∎ Knowledge of the Humanitarian coordination system and the humanitarian community
∎ Understanding in Chittogonian or Rohingya dialect and communicate, desirable
∎ Excellent in time management and has to take on multi-tasks
∎ Strong organizational and team working skills
∎ Ability to work diligently both independently and in a team setting
∎ Knowledge about own leadership skills/profile.

Salary: Tk. 60000 (Monthly)
