Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have very good teaching For pre- primary to class 10 (Bangla Medium and English Version)
∎ Training teachers to develop teachers teaching skill.
∎ Giving feedback to the principal about the Performance of the teachers and their activities in the class.
∎ Training teachers to conduct multimedia classes.
∎ Must have expart in making syllabus and lesson plans and office management.
∎ Should have effective classroom management skills.
∎ Communication effectively both orally and in writing with students, Parents and other Professionals.
∎ Performing all academic responsibilities like teacher's and student's assesment.
∎ conducting interaction and other duties as the Position as requires.
∎ Ensuring that teachers are actually engaged in meaningful teaching experiences.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following post: Co-ordinator, In charge, vice principal / Principal.
∎ At any reputed kindergarten, pre school, primary school or high school.
∎ Should have experience in the following area (s) : Education, Teaching, Traning.
∎ Training, specialised on children education, will be preferred.
∎ Interviewing administrattive and operational function and discipline.
∎ Arraging parents meeting and school Funtion as and when required.
∎ Represent the school as a good role model.
∎ Formulate strategy, plan and policy to achieve the core objective of the school.
∎ Should have strong knowledge about IT and Digital Marketing.
