Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline; preferably in Chemistry, Textile or Apparel Manufacturing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Denim Laser
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Laser in Dry process and preparation phases necessary to produce (dry process) a costume in the allotted time
∎ Responsible for Laser process production of the assigned shift and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the Laser process section during the shift.
∎ Increase the productivity of the assigned shift and reduce labor cost through updating the information i.e. problem faced daily and giving target to the workers with the help of supervisors & Team Leaders.
∎ Apply the Laser procedures and standards stated in the Dry process agreement
∎ Plan to remain not more than % wastage at the Laser process stage.
∎ Ensure the necessary operation as required by the buyers.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs, and career development plans
∎ Maintain safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace to ensure zero NC.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site
∎ Handle other responsibilities and projects, as assigned from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ In-depth knowledge and experience of Denim laser production.
∎ Functional knowledge on denim dry process.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge and skills on laser technologies and different types of laser machines.
∎ Computer skill – Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
∎ Must be fluent in English (Reading, writing, and speaking).
∎ Team Leader with proactive interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work hard and control Pressure
∎ An open-minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets.
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire for success.
∎ Self-starter & proactive
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
