∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Data Analysis, HRIS, MySQL database

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update the process of salary disbursement, loan, advance, bonus, incentives, maternity leave benefit payment etc.
∎ Update all employee data, related to increment, regularization, and promotion in HRMS
∎ Update employee award history, disciplinary history, employee observation information in HRMS from time to time.
∎ Support i-recruitment automation process Ensure ID raise and employee ID of newly joined employees with 100% accuracy in accordance with manpower requisition
∎ Monitor & provide technical support for attendance/leave relation activities. Co-ordinate with IT department for various HRMS software related activities
∎ Any other duty as and when required by the management Carefully monitor HRMS software access.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ 5-6 years of experience as an HRIS analyst
∎ A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or similar
∎ Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes.
∎ Ability to collaborate, provide technical support.
∎ Advanced proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queries.
∎ Proficiency in HRM software
∎ Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis.
∎ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
