  • Extensive knowledge of medical equipment and infrastructure, particularly for maternal and child care clinics/hospitals.

  • Maximum age limit: 45 years.

  • Proficient in using clinic management software.

  • Proficient the in MS Office application suite.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job summary:

SMC Diagnostic & Consultation Centre, Khulna will provide outpatient services for general ailments along with specialized services offered by consultants. The major consultancy services include Gynecology, Pediatric, Medicine, Orthopedics, Skin & VD, ENT, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Dental and Ophthalmology. For taking overall responsibility of the SMC Diagnostic & Consultation Centre, SMC is looking for a suitable and competent person who will achieve the overall goal & objective. The incumbent must be result oriented, business minded and confident, with the ability to increase revenue to ensure cost recovery and financial sustainability of clinic operations. The major responsibilities of the position include overall staff management, preparation and implementation of annual work and marketing plans, coordination with stakeholders, ensuring regulatory, compliance, and monitoring patient satisfaction and service quality. The incumbent will ensure the quality, efficiency, and sustainability of the SMC Diagnostic & Consultation Centre, Khulna and achieve its overall goals and objectives.

 Qualification & Experience:

·       Master’s degree in any discipline from any recognized university/ institution; candidates with an advanced degree in clinic operations, hospital management or other relevant disciplines will be preferred.

·       At least 10 (ten) years’ experience, where 5 (five) years in establishing/operating a commercial clinic or hospital; experience in NGO or private clinic settings will be an added advantage.
