Responsibilities & Context:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to inform them about our services and offers.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into confirmed appointments.
Maintain and update the client database regularly.
Follow up with clients for appointments, feedback, and repeat visits.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery.
Build and maintain a positive brand image through professional communication (calls & digital platforms).
Handle basic PR activities such as follow-up messages, client greetings, and service reminders.
Assist in planning and executing promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
Prepare and share daily calling reports and client feedback with the reporting manager.
