Job Context:
∎ A reputable education and training company is looking for some dynamic and experienced IELTS Trainer to join our team. As an IELTS Trainer, you will play a crucial role in helping our students achieve their goals of obtaining high scores in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam.
∎ Work at home (fully online based)
∎ Please don`t apply if you haven`t Ielts score.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, preparing, and conducting IELTS classes for 4 modules
∎ Minimum IELTS score :Overall 7.0 band score and no band less than 7.0
∎ Even if you are expert in a single module, we are highly encourage to apply.
∎ Designing and Providing teaching materials
∎ Conducting mock tests, Presenting student assessments, and other applicable tasks
∎ Monitor and track student progress, adjusting instruction as needed.
∎ Developing students' English language skills
∎ Create and grade practice tests and assignments, offering detailed feedback to help students improve.
∎ Motivate and inspire students to achieve their IELTS goals.
∎ Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
∎ Maintain a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
∎ Please don't apply if you haven't Ielts score.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply if you are highly confident.
∎ Experience in online training with IELTS background preferred
∎ Should be able to provide online training assistance
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with students of all age groups
∎ Previous experience of conduct online IELTS class
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and analytical skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Minimum 1 to 2 year of experience in IELTS training
∎ Ability marking Ielts writing task if you are interested in the train writing module.
∎ Responsible and sincere to students, classes and company
∎ Confident, smart and self-motivated individuals preferred
∎ Able to handle 50-100 students each class.
