Job Context:
∎ Redolence is a premier IELTS training provider with operations in Canada & Magura, Khulna, Bangladesh. The company has partnered with British Council Bangladesh Pvt.
∎ We are looking for one IELTS instructor for our top IELTS training programs who can deliver IELTS training modules in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. In this position, you will typically be expected to teach 30 hours per week, and you are encouraged to prepare and develop study materials for 5-10 hours per week
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct English language classes.
∎ Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in high-quality IELTS training sessions.
∎ Create course materials and study guides in both print and digital formats.
∎ Help participants improve their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in individual and group sessions.
∎ Assign homework and interesting exercises.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the classwork and homework, and update the progress of students.
∎ Prepare the syllabus in accordance with the modules.
∎ Ensure that the classroom stays orderly
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have at least one year of experience in teaching adults and be familiar with adult education methodologies.
∎ Able to work for long hours until 8.30 pm
∎ one year of IELTS teaching experience
∎ Content writing and material development experiences will get priority.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 28000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly salary BDT 30,000.00 (plus perks and bonuses). First three months for probation.
