∎ As an IELTS Instructor, you will play a crucial role in helping students achieve the IELTS scores necessary for their university applications. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch instruction, create engaging lesson plans, and offer students valuable guidance and support to enhance their reading, writing, speaking and listening skills. You will work closely with IELTS candidates to improve their reading comprehension, academic writing, and time management skills.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans for all 4 modules of IELTS.
∎ Provide individualized instruction to students to address their specific needs and areas of improvement.
∎ Create and grade practice tests and assignments, offering detailed feedback to help students improve.
∎ Monitor and track student progress, adjusting instruction as needed.
∎ Motivate and inspire students to achieve their IELTS goals.
∎ Stay up to date with IELTS test changes and updates to ensure students are well-prepared.
∎ Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
∎ Maintain a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of three years' experience in teaching IELTS.
∎ Proficiency in English and a strong understanding of IELTS exam requirements.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
∎ A passion for helping students succeed and achieve their IELTS goals for studying abroad.
∎ Experience with online teaching platforms and technology.
