Job Responsibilities:
∎ What you’ll do:
∎ 1. Prepare Mock tests on a regular basis.
∎ 2. Making teaching plans for the IELTS Program.
∎ 3. Develop and prepare updated lesson plans and standard course syllabus.
∎ 4. Conducting and Invigilating IELTS Mock test.
∎ 5. Engaging in professional skills development to ensure quality and high standards in teaching and learning.
∎ 6. Conducting IELTS Live Sessions through Social media platform.
∎ 7. Generate development ideas for IELTS course.
∎ 8. Creating and evaluating all test papers for the candidates within a given time frame.
∎ 9. Conduct counseling sessions to enhance motivation and boost the performance of the candidates.
∎ 10. Maintaining and updating the Training Cohort Datasheets.
∎ 11. Regular feedback and one-to-one discussions to assess the needs of students.
∎ 12. Develop and explain methods that fairly measure student progress toward obtaining their desired score.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ You Must Have:
∎ 1. At least 3 years’ teaching experience as an Academic IELTS Instructor.
∎ 2. A minimum overall score of 7.5 with no less than 7.0 in any of the four modules.
∎ 3. Undergraduate degree from an accredited university.
∎ 4. Exceptional understanding of English language grammatical analysis.
∎ 5. Positive attitude and the desire to help change futures.
∎ 6. Good communication skills, especially on listening and persuasion.
∎ 7. Time management and organization.
∎ 8. Attention to detail.
∎ 9. Flexibility and adaptability to constant changes.
∎ 10. Creative and Innovative Mindset.
∎ 11. Self-motivated and takes ownership of the assigned tasks.
∎ 12. Problem-Solving mindset - Focus on the Solution, not the Problem.
