Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ At least 2 years teaching experience as an Academic IELTS Instructor which must include 800+ hours of Classroom instruction in all IELTS modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking)
∎ Must have taken the Academic IELTS within the last 3 years and have obtained a minimum Overall Score of 8.0 and a minimum individual Score of 8.0 in either Reading or Writing Modules and no less than 7.5 in any other skills
∎ Native level competency in the English Language
∎ Minimum undergraduate degree from an accredited university
∎ Exceptional understanding of English language grammatical analysis

∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Teaching Experience
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, preparing and delivering high-quality IELTS training sessions considering individual learning styles and abilities
∎ Developing the course contents, study materials in both print and digital format
∎ Basic administration work including keeping registers, the record of work done and marking exams
∎ Must have a clear idea about band descriptor
∎ Conducting and grading IELTS Practice exams
∎ Conducting and Invigilating IELTS Mock exams
∎ Engaging in professional skills development to ensure quality and high standards in teaching and learning
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 40000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Over time allowance
