Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Excellent command across all four language components (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening)
∎ IELTS overall band score of 6.5 (minimum)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: IELTS
∎ Training/Trade Course: IELTS
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill, English Teacher, Teaching Experience
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Teach IELTS (Reading, Writing, Listening, and speaking).
∎ Teach students according to their aptitude (Differentiated Instruction).
∎ Manage the batches and classes, and prepare the work scheme and lesson plans.
∎ Prepare exam questions and assignments, and mark exam scripts.
∎ Execute exam rosters and administer mock tests.
∎ Provide necessary supervision to students, manage classrooms, and address discipline issues.
∎ Monitor the performance and progress of each student and provide academic counseling.
∎ Perform any other tasks that may be assigned.
∎ Ability to take offline classes when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Self-motivated and good teamwork mentality.
∎ Computer literate, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with students of all ages and backgrounds.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Education counseling and teaching experience is a plus.
