- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- IELTS Trainer Certification or a strong IELTS band score (7.5+ preferred).

- Experience teaching Bangladeshi or South Asian student groups.
- Proven experience teaching IELTS and/or Spoken English (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong command of English – both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with IELTS test format, assessment criteria, and scoring.
- Comfortable using online platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) for instruction.
- Passion for teaching and helping students develop their confidence in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

About the Initiative:
English Carnival Bangladesh, powered by Edvoy, is a student-focused initiative designed to enhance English communication skills and test preparedness among Bangladeshi students. Through engaging workshops, live sessions, and interactive learning formats, the program aims to build confidence in spoken English and support students aiming for IELTS and international education pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction in IELTS (Academic & General) and Spoken English to college and university-level students.
- Conduct engaging online/offline sessions based on Edvoy’s learning framework and curriculum.
- Assess student levels and adapt teaching strategies accordingly to improve language proficiency.
- Provide structured feedback and support to help students achieve their language goals.
- Facilitate group discussions, mock tests, and communication-based activities.
- Track student progress and maintain attendance and performance reports.
- Collaborate with the program team to ensure session quality and consistency.
