Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Information Communication Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ICT Training, Post Training Evaluation, Training Module development Skill

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Refinement of training needs of ICT sector (with a special focus on women) across all stages of the value chain;
∎ Assessment should cover technical, business and soft skills training need;
∎ Support lead training expert with the development of training modules and their delivery, Post training evaluation;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Demonstrative high level professionalism and an ability to work independently and in high pressure Situation under tight deadlines.
∎ Excellent inter-personal, Communication skills including experience of facilitation of training and presentation.
∎ Excellent communication and writing skills in English, Bengali would be an asset.
