• Diploma in Engineering

Experience

·       3 to 5 years

The applicants should have experience in the following business area

Additional Requirements

• Age At least 35 years

• 3-5 years practical experience in HVAC service and maintenance.

• Basic knowledge of Split AC, VRF, Chiller, AHU installation and servicing.

• Ability to use service tools, gauges, vacuum pump, and basic electrical tools.

• Physically fit and willing to work at site, overtime, and emergency service support.

Responsibilities & Context

·         Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule.

·         Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.

·         Repair compressors, motors, pumps, expansion valves, and control systems.

·         Monitor system performance and ensure efficient cooling operation.

·         Handle refrigerant charging, leak detection, and pressure testing.

·         Prepare service reports, fault reports, and maintenance checklists.

·         Coordinate with clients and provide technical support at site.

·         Ensure proper use of tools, spare parts, and safety equipment (PPE).

·         Maintain service history, spare parts consumption, and follow company SOP & safety standards.
