Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ BBA/MBA major in Human Resource Management from reputed Public or Private universities will get preferemces
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in recruitment process including but not limited to posting job ad in job site, inviting shortlisted candidates for interview, arranging interviews etc.
∎ Provide support in onboarding new staff and arrange orientation program on the day of joining.
∎ Process the employee personnel file with proper documentation and add information in the ERP system.
∎ Support providing various official letters to employee when needed including but not limited to employee agreement letter, contract extension, project discontinuation notice, new position letter, release letter, experience letter, salary certificate, payslip etc.
∎ Be in charge of employee's Health & Life insurance claim and inclusion/exclusion of staff information with insurance provider.
∎ Ensure and manage employee monthly leave and attendance, movement register, timesheet submission.
∎ Preserve all circulars, office memo, job advertisements, updated org charts, RRF, bills, PRs and Job Description.
∎ Prepare and submit various bills to Finance as required.
∎ Clear previous backlog of filing systems as required.
∎ Arrange monthly meeting, prepare and share meeting minutes to all staff.
∎ Any Other responsibilities given by the supervisor.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ HR concepts and standard practice, contemporary HR issues, developmental standards,
∎ Bangladesh labor law
∎ Excellent computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, Excel)
∎ Communication, Coordination and Networking skills.
∎ Ability to operate in a complex organization, across functions and work on own initiative and collaboratively as part of diverse teams
∎ Ability to manage a varied workload, work under pressure, priorities and meet deadlines
∎ Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to the needs of the organization
∎ Focused on delivering results by taking calculated-risks and problem solving approach
