- Minimum 5 years or above of professional HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in a hospital or healthcare organization.
- Strong understanding of hospital hierarchy and operational protocols, including coordination with Medical Directors, Consultants, Nursing Supervisors, and administrative staff.
- Skilled in implementing and monitoring HR policies related to recruitment, disciplinary actions, leave management, resignation, and termination.
- Competence in coordinating with administrative and finance departments to ensure full compliance.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate empathy when handling sensitive patient or staff matters.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, with the emotional intelligence to manage stress, resolve internal disputes, and foster a cooperative work environment.
- Proven leadership capability to manage and motivate a diverse workforce, maintaining harmony across professional and support teams.
- Strong crisis management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond effectively under pressure in critical hospital situations.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in all HR communications and decision-making.

Responsibilities & Context: We are seeking a seasoned and dedicated Human Resource Officer to oversee all human resources and administrative functions in a reputed hospital in Pabna. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with all company policies, managing all aspects of the HR lifecycle, and maintaining smooth operational efficiency across all hospital departments.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all hospital departmental activities, including documentation, maintaining HR records & filing, and disciplinary procedures.
Ensure HR operations: recruitment, attendance, payroll, and compliance with company policies.
Maintain and regularly update the master employee database and personal files.
Prepare monthly salary statements and manage compensation & benefits.
Record, maintain, and monitor attendance to ensure punctuality.
Ensure proper maintenance of staff files, leave approvals, and registers.
Mediate conflicts between employees and foster positive employee relations.
Supervise internal management by motivating and guiding staff.
Maintain adequate inventory of medical & non-medical goods in the central store with proper register and ledger updates.
Ensure securities and manage legal affairs of the hospital.
Execute administrative and operational tasks as and when required.
Ensure cleanliness, equipment servicing, safety, and overall hospital maintenance.
Carry out any other tasks assigned by supervisor/higher authorities.
