Your Responsibilities
Communicate with job applicants through email in a professional and timely manner
Review resumes and help manage interview scheduling using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Post job openings on various platforms, including career websites and job boards
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to grow our talent pool
Support the HR team with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth hiring operations
Who We’re Looking For
A student or recent graduate (HR or relevant field)
Familiar with Microsoft Office 365, task management tool, Softwares
Good communication skills
Organized and detail-focused
